Meet Dave, the visionary and founder of PV Pros! 🌟 Dave’s pool journey kicked off at the ripe age of 14, igniting a passion that’s been his driving force for over two decades! From those early days, he’s been soaking up every nugget of knowledge he could find, making him the ultimate guru! 💭 When he’s not busy overseeing our pool or home renovation projects, you’ll likely find him on the court, playing basketball 🏀 or unwinding in his own backyard sanctuary, either in the pool or hot tub ☮️ But above all, Dave’s biggest joy comes from spending quality time with his beautiful family!
Jay
General Manager
Jay serves as PV Pros’ General Manager, helping oversee daily operations and keeping the team organized and focused on delivering excellent service. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing basketball, swimming, and expanding his knowledge of finance.
Sara
Service Manager
Sara serves as PV Pros’ Service Manager, coordinating service operations and helping ensure our customers receive dependable, responsive care. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, and spending quality time with her puppies, Quinn and Azula.
Matt
Pool Construction Specialist
Meet Matt, a member of our team who specializes in pool construction and liner replacements🛠️. He spends his days working on a variety of pool projects and helping bring outdoor spaces together.
When he’s not on the job site, you’ll likely find him spending time with his children, shooting hoops on the basketball court, or working on his music 🎵🏀
Justin
Field Operations Manager
Justin serves as PV Pros’ Field Operations Manager, helping coordinate field crews and keep projects running smoothly. A true jack of all trades, he enjoys building, repairing, and figuring
out how things work. Outside of work, Justin spends time with his dogs, works on his motorcycles, and enjoys the thrill of riding through open fields.
Tim
Retail Manager
Tim serves as PV Pros’ Retail Manager, bringing more than 15 years of pool industry knowledge and experience to our customers and team. Pools are more than just his profession—they’re his passion. Outside of work, Tim enjoys video games, cars, playing basketball and tennis, and cheering on his favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers.
Drip
Water-Loving Mascot
The official water-loving mascot and resident superhero of PV Pros. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his son and friends, hiking, exploring the outdoors, playing basketball, and relaxing with video games.
Mac
Construction/Pool Service
Mac works across both construction and pool service, earning his reputation as PV Pros’ “Swiss Army knife” for his versatility and willingness to take on any task. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog (Arya), playing video games, and getting on the court for a game of basketball.
Don
Weekly Pool Maintenance Technician
Don is one of PV Pros’ Weekly Pool Maintenance Technicians, helping keep our customers’ pools clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy. A true outdoorsman, Don enjoys spending his free time on long hikes and staying active. He is also an avid bowler and regularly competes in a local bowling league.
Tristen
Weekly Pool Maintenance Technician
Tristen is a Weekly Pool Maintenance Technician at PV Pros, helping keep our customers’ pools clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, focusing on personal growth, and spending time with friends.
Jessie
Construction Coordinator
Meet Jessie, our Construction Coordinator and one of the key people who helps keep our projects running smoothly. From coordinating schedules to keeping projects on track, Jessie works hard every day to support our team and ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her trying out a new food spot, spending time on the lake with her boyfriend, or hanging out with friends. She enjoys making the most of her free time and is always up for a new adventure.

Construction Lead
Johnny serves as PV Pros’ Construction Lead, helping guide the construction team and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his children, family, and friends, hosting gatherings at his home, and making the most of life.
Joshua
Construction Technician
Joshua is a Construction Technician at PV Pros, bringing energy, teamwork, and a hands-on attitude to every project. By day, he’s Josh—but when the costume goes on, he becomes Lil’ Drip, the official water-loving mascot and resident superhero of PV Pros. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his son and friends, hiking, exploring the outdoors, playing basketball, and relaxing with video games.
Colene
Grounds and Facilities Coordinator
Colene serves as PV Pros’ Grounds and Facilities Coordinator, helping keep our property, workspaces, and daily operations organized and running smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys researching a wide variety of topics, reading poetry, and spending quality time with her daughter.
Andrew
Landscaping Operations Manager
Andrew serves as PV Pros’ Landscaping Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day landscaping operations and helping ensure every property is maintained with care and attention to detail. When he’s not out keeping lawns looking their best, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend and daughter, especially taking family trips to amusement parks.
Savion
Construction Technician
Savion is a Construction Technician at PV Pros, bringing energy and a hands-on approach to each project. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Criminal Minds and anime, playing basketball, and putting together a sharp outfit. No matter the occasion, Savion takes pride in looking for his best.
Alec
Assistant Pool Technician
Alec is an Assistant Pool Technician who is developing his skills while helping the PV Pros team deliver dependable, high-quality service. When he’s not working, Alec enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and pursuing his passion for photography, in which he can put his creative eye to work.

Construction Technician/Pool Service
Damon is a Construction Technician at PV Pros, bringing a hands-on approach and attention to detail to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys adding new tools to his growing collection, spending time fishing, and relaxing with his girlfriend.

Construction Technician
TJ is an experienced Construction Technician at PV Pros, bringing strong hands-on knowledge, skill, and a dependable work ethic to every project. An outdoorsman at heart, he enjoys spending time with his son, riding his minibike and four-wheelers, and taking part in just about anything involving off-road adventures.
